Docreate 30 Gear 0.1-0.15mm Nickel Strips Spot Welding Machine for Lithium Batteries. Comes with an informative colourful digital display for easy parameter adjustments. I was welding 0.15mm nickel strips with the following parameters – Preheat 05ms, Gear 22ms, Gap 05ms, Numb 01 S. It has a built-in rechargeable battery and I was welding in the range from 100% to 50% of battery capacity because I felt the welds below 50% getting weaker… Or is it just me wanted to make sure my job is 100% success! 🙂 I would not recommend this unit if you are planning to make a bunch of battery packs, but for simple DIY needs it does the job perfectly fine! Welder cables are a bit on the short side, but there is an option to flip the screen so cable ports are facing you. This gadget also can be used as a portable power bank when you are not using it as a spot welder.
